Dreadlock Extensions or more commonly known as Loc Extensions are simply made for customers who already have dreads they have grown for over a period of time but decide rather to make them longer, thicker or both. It is not necessarily a transition style as with bornu locs but rather can give the illusion that one has perfect locs that are growing out evenly distributing a resemblance to custom made designer dreads. One can add pre-highlighted afro kinky human hair or simply add different color hues altogether.

• Afro kinky human hair is added to already existing dreadlocks to make them fatter, longer, thicker
• made for people whose dreads appear thin or weak and want to enhance them by adding loc extensions
• commonly done by anyone with a braiders license using human or synthetic hair from a bulk package
• oftentimes glue adhesive or gel is added
• You pay a deposit and are charged by the amount of bags it takes to do a full head or are charged per lock. Hair is usually not Included in the price.
