[BL] - Bornu Locs : [Pre-colored] hand-made from bulk packaged, 100% Afro Locking Human Hair.  Locs are manufactured by Bornu  & made to order. Choose colors wisely. Depending on how many you order - Allow up to 2 weeks for loc extensions to be made and available for in-store pick.  Or, up to 3 weeks for them to be made and mailed-out to you.

Bornu Locs are simply made for customers who already have enough hair at the root to anchor as support for starting new dreadlocks or have dreadlocks but want them extended. Rather than go thru the transitional stages associated with the natural hairlocking process customers have the option of adding loc extensions to their own hair or can extend their existing locs.  Loc Extensions are for aesthetic purposes only.  They can enhance a persons appearance adding to the illusion that one has dreadlocks that the client has been growing out for years, instead of months. They come in varying solid colors and highlights.

Disclosure: the quality of the bornu locs is superior to real organically grown locs in my professional opinion and are indistinguishable in appearance having them being made by my own hand.  I know you will like them.  They are much easier to install and can be treated like real locs.  Just do not color them and put them up in any tight styles unless done by a professional loctician or they will prove vulnerable like real locs if they are not treated correctly.

Real Dreadlocks: pure human hair grown, worn and cut by former loc wearers who've sold their dreads to me in order to be bought by potential clients & customers who need them for cosmetic purposes.  These vary in sizes, color, width and length.  They most likely need to be seen in person for folks prospecting for real human dreads. These are quality because I handpick them myself.  Which means they would have had to be palmrolled with natural products with very little chemical processing added to include coloring.
